FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS
At our November 2007 meeting it was voted
to support the Christian Food Pantry in Lady Lake or other
needy Food Pantries by bringing canned or dried food
products to each of our meetings so we hope you will bring
what you can.

proposed amendments for three Articles of the Constitution
that will be presented to the membership this month for

ARTICLE IV MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 3 A non-voting honorary
membership may be prescribed for a worthy adult resident of
the community, provided that said individual has been
proposed in accordance with the bylaws
of the organization.The spouse of a member shall
automatically become an honorary member.
ARTICLE V OFFICERS
SECTION 1 The government of
this organization shall be vested in an executive board.
This board will be charged with the management of the
organization within the established policy of the
membership.A spouse of a member may be
eligible for election to the position of Secretary.
SECTION 2 The executive board

SECTION 1The officers of this organization shall be
elected to biennial offices
by ballot during the regular monthly meeting of May with the
first nominations in April.The President and Treasurer shall be
elected in even years and the Vice President and Secretary
shall be elected during odd years.
SECTION 2 Ten
(10)Forty Five(45) members present at this meeting
will constitute a quorum for the purpose of electing said
