NEXT MEETING 

The next meeting is Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 7:00 PM at Colony Cottage, Theater in the Parlor Room.   Colony Cottage is located on Morse Boulevard at the intersection with County Route 466A. The Villages Public Safety Chief, Mike Tucker, will give an update on the future growth of The Villages Fire Services and of The  Villages.  Also Judy Lessard from Sam’s Club will be at the meeting offering a special price for renewing your Sam’s Club membership. Coffee, tea and donuts will be provided.

FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS

At our November 2007 meeting it was voted to support the Christian Food Pantry in Lady Lake or other needy Food Pantries by bringing canned or dried food products to each of our meetings so we hope you will bring what you can.

SICK BAY 

If any member becomes aware of a sick member or spouse whom we should respond to, let Helen Cusack or Mark Hayes know.  Contact Helen at 753-1873 or at Dove11@comcast.net 

NO DECEMBER MEETING

A reminder that there is no meeting in December, it is replaced with the Christmas Party.

CHRISTMAS PARTY

The Christmas Party is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7.  Tickets will be on sale at the November meeting.  The price remains the same as last year, $25 per person, due to the good guidance of the ladies.  It will be a sit down dinner with a choice of Prime Rib or Apple Spiced Pork Loin.

2011 DUES

The 2011 dues of $10.00 will be collected starting with this meeting.  It would be helpful if you could bring your check for $10.00 made out to “Police and Fire Retirees Club”.
