NEXT MEETING
The next meeting is
Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 7:00 PM at
LaHacienda Rec
Center. The speaker for the evening will be a
representative talking on the
Fair Tax.
Coffee, tea and donuts will be provided
FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS
At our November 2007 meeting it was voted
to support the Christian Food Pantry in Lady Lake or other
needy Food Pantries by bringing canned or dried food
products to each of our meetings so we hope you will bring
what you can.
SICK BAY
If any member becomes aware of a sick
member or spouse whom we should respond to, let
Helen Cusack or Mark Hayes know.

CHRISTMAS PARTY
We had 78 at
the Christmas Party which was enjoyed by all.
We have booked “By
George” for next year’s Party and hope you will plan on
attending.

2011 DUES
The 2011 dues
of $10.00 will be collected at this meeting.
It would be helpful if you could bring your check for
$10.00 made out to “Police
and Fire Retirees Club”.
If all goes as planned there should be 3 of us
collecting dues so hopefully the line will move quickly.
Dues will also be collected at the February and March
meetings.
SUMTER COUNTY QUALIFYING
The HR218 Qualifying in Sumter County
will take place on Friday, February 11th.
All times and information is the same as 2010.
Those with email have previously been notified.
If you have not signed up and have email please email
me at
Lyn@Lobdell.com with your information, including weapon
and either 8 AM or 1 PM times along with an indication if
you will want lunch (it’s free).
For those not on email you may call 750-6252 to sign
up (you will get the answering machine between December 21
and early January) or call 460-1292 (Leesburg number, local
call) which forwards to my cell and home numbers.
