LaHacienda Rec
Center. Lady Lake PD Chief Ed Nathanson will speak
on the "Help Our Heroes Call Home" Program. This is free pizza night so bring your appetite.
Coffee and tea will also be provided.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The Election for Vice
President and Secretary for two years was held at the May
meeting.
Mike Varga,
Carteret NJ FD Retired, was reelected Vice President and
Joe Singleton,
Syracuse NY FD Retired, was elected Secretary.
We welcome Mike back to the Officer Ranks and
regretfully say goodbye to Larry although we are sure that
he will stay involved with the club.
We now have a balanced board with 2 fire personnel
and 2 law enforcement personnel (wasn’t planned).

FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS
At our November 2007 meeting it was voted
to support the Christian Food Pantry in Lady Lake or other
needy Food Pantries by bringing canned or dried food
products to each of our meetings so we hope you will bring
what you can.
CLUB ITEMS
The club flags
will be available at the meeting for $20 each.
There are a number of name tags ($5 ones) that were
ordered and will be at the meeting. We will not be taking
orders for any more until November.
SHIRTS
Both members and spouses shirts can be
ordered at 3 Amigos
Pro Shop next to McCall’s
Restaurant.
There are Club Jackets
available through
Audrey Williams (406-7609).
MEETINGS
Remember, there
will be no meetings in July and August.
We will see you in September.
